Abstract

A method for producing binding material of phosphogypsum-dihydrate involves neutralization of phosphogypsum-dihydrate, drying, annealing in gypsum-boiling boiler and milling in the ball mill. Phosphogypsum-dihydrate is neutralized by conditioning thereof in dumps at open air up to reaching the pH value of phosphogypsum-dihydrate of not less than 5.0...5.5 with subsequent mixing phosphogypsum-dihydrate and addition of quick lime or Portland cement at an amount providing after conditionong this mixture with composition of not less than 7 days рН value more than 7.0. While milling the binding material in the ball mill to the composition a water-repelling agent is added at an amount providing obtaining normal density of binding material of not more than 0.5.
