Винахід стосується галузі електрохімічного одержання тонких шарів струмопровідних полімерів і може бути використаний в електронній техніці для одержання функціональних струмопровідних плівок та фоточутливих покрить. Розроблено спосіб електрохімічного одержання поліфенілацетилену, в якому використання нових речовин (тетрафторборату літію як фонового електроліту, станум, індій-оксидних електродів) та потенціостатичного режиму електролізу при Е = -2,0...-2,4 В (х.с.е.) забезпечує утворення тонких струмопровідних шарів поліфенілацетилену фібрильної або глобулярної структури на оптично прозорих електродах та на металах з високою провідністю. 1 н.п. ф-ли; іл. - 2; табл. - 1.The invention relates to the field of electrochemical production of thin layers of conductive polymers and can be used in electronic engineering for the production of functional conductive films and photosensitive coatings.
