Abstract

The method of a prediction of cardiac failure course in patients suffering from hypertensive disease consists in the blood test of a patient in the treatment dynamics. Additionally, before and after the antihypertensive therapy it is required to determine cardiohemodynamic guides, for example, volumetric dimensions of a left ventricle and an ejection fraction and to determine a level of interleukine-l in the blood plasma. In case of the reduction of the volumetric dimensions of the left ventricle, of the increase of the ejection fraction and if the level of interleukine-l falls on 30-40 % relative to its primary value, cardiac failure is predicted.
