Abstract
An auger-blade assembly is executed in the form of a housing, on which the posts with loading and unloading coaxial cylindrical pipes are rigidly installed, corresponding spirals are located in them, which are rigidly fixed on the driving shaft with possibility of rotation, and a driving shaft with the help of the driving elements is connected with the electric drive. From the side of the end of loading spiral on the shaft a blade impeller of the type of fan is mounted, with possibility of free rotation in the housing. The housing is executed in the form of branch pipe of semicircular form located vertically. In the center section of the shaft the sprocket is rigidly mounted, which is flexibly connected with the sprocket of electric motor. Angle of mounting of impellers α is directed to the side of braking the flow of being transported material. The output of the blade assembly is greater than the output of loading section of the spiral.
