Abstract
A method for treatment of adhesions formation after laparoscopic organsaving operations on account of hysteromyoma or uterus endometriosis by using of basis antibacterial therapy including enzyme preparation prior to and after operation on the background of therapeutic physical training and intestine stimulation . As an enzyme the rectal disreptaze suppository is used two times per week daily prior to the operation 1 suppository during 5-6 days and after the operation during the first 3 days 1 suppository and next 6 days 1 suppository before going to bedin complex with therapeutic physical training, which consists in that after 12-16 hours the patient takes the position on its back with the angle of 30º-35º with obligatory lowering of head end of a bed during 15-20 minutes of total course of 6-7 days.
