Abstract
A method for iron-carbon melt desulphuration in the crucible furnace consists in the producing of slag-metal emulsion by intermixing of metal melt with desulphurating slag. In addition, intermixing is carried out with gas, gas is supplied by the means of circular line-capillary blowing devices, the circular capillaries of lines are located coaxially to the vertical axis of the crucible in the distance of 0.5-0.9 of bottom radius.
