Abstract
This invention relates to a process for obtaining taxane of the general formula I. The advantage of this process is its high diastereo selectivity. Therefore, racemic mixtures of initial substances of lateral chain can be used. At that a considerable economy can be achieved due to that there is no necessity to divide racemic mixtures of β-lactams into pure enantiomers. The additional economy can take place due to reduction of used quantity of original substance forming the lateral chain by 60-70% as compared with prior known processes.
