Abstract
The method for intestinal intubation is realized by the antegrade passage of the guide and the working probe through the gastrointestinal tract into the cecum followed by moving the guide out of the intestine. In addition, the external intestinal fistula is generated in the specified region of cecum. The guide connected with the working probe is passed sequentially through the gastrointestinal tract. Then the guide and one end of the working probe are moved out of the intestine through the prepared fistula onto the anterior abdominal wall, while another working end is left in the stomach.
