The invention concerns quantum electronics, in particular, the methods of information transfer in the systems using laser radiation as the carrier of the transferred signal, and can be used in multichannel laser communication systems, and also systems of remote and telemetering management. A method of information transfer in system of the multichannel digital laser communication includes generation of radiation of N channels of laser waves with different lengths of waves, block digital coding by modulation of parameters of radiation of channels, both according to a signal from a source of messages, and to the additional information necessary for maintenance of protection of the system against interference and noise, and decoding of the information at processing accepted radiation.
