Abstract

Method for prediction of effectiveness of insemination of sows with frozen-melted sperm by means of collection of liquid that flows out from uterus during first 4 hours after artificial insemination and calculation in each hour portion of liquid of present of translation motion-movable sperm cells. To determine index of positive prediction of effectiveness of artificial insemination one calculates rate of loss of normal mobility by sperm cells іn vіvo by formula:I = (Р1+Р2+Р3+Р4):4,where I – index of positive prediction of effectiveness of artificial insemination that is to be not less than 13,75; Р1, Р2, Р3, Р4 – percentage of movable sperm cells in 1, 2, 3, 4 hours of being in reproductive tract of saw.
