An achilloplasty comprises the cutting the rectangular flap from the proximal part of Achilles tendon and epimysium of the gastrocnemius muscle, rotating the flap, and sewing it to the distal part of Achilles tendon. The flap is transformed to the tube and passed through the tunnel generated in the proximal part of Achilles tendon until the junction with the distal part of the tendon.
