Abstract
A hydro-wind-electric power plant includes stabilizer of parameters of current, brake and stopper of turbine with vertical axis of rotation, shaft with devices for fixation on those of working blades in parallel to shaft, pulley and V-belt transmission to electric generator fixed on holder of tubular post, or mechanical transmission to generator of surface placement. Its working blades are arranged as hollow semi-cylinders with rigidity ribs that are semi-closed at ends with hollow truncated conical or flat, as washers, bottoms, at that with the outer cylindrical surface the blades are placed systematically, welded and fixed with strip guys to outer surfaces of rims of support working wheels that through hubs and spokes are immovably connected to the upper part of the turbine shaft, the lower part of that one through radial-support bearings is mounted and sealed in oil-filled tubular post support flanges of which are connected to each other by rotary links and pins, and the end of the shaft that goes from the post is arranged for angular reducer of gear box of mechanical drive of electric generator of lower surface placement.
