Abstract
The invention relates to the orthodontics and can be used for treatment of dentition anomalies in children attended with the pathological lateral mesioclination of maxilla. The orthodontic appliance has the plastic basis with fixative rests, prepared from the segments joined by block for transferring in the form of the screw. A little segment is prepared with possibility of adjoining to the medial-palatal surface of tooth. It is prepared to mobile and has buttonhole rest from the medial side of tooth and rest with a hook from its distal side.
