The invention relates to the therapy and can be used for treatment of duodenal ulcer associated with a Helycobacter infection. The method for treatment of duodenal ulcer associated with a Helycobacter infection provides oxygenation of tissues and the use of medicinal therapy. Oxygenation of tissues is performed by filling of stomach by oxygen with 1-1,5 hours daily for 14 days. The course of drugs administration begins in three days from the beginning of oxygentherapy and lasts from 3 to 7 days.
