Abstract
The invention relates to the apparatuses intended for treating of multicomponent mixtures and intensification of heat-mass-transfer processes of dispersion, homogenization, mixing, dissolution, emulsification, sterilization and can be used in pharmaceutical industry for obtaining the preparations of high quality in the form of suspensions, emulsions, gels, ointments, in food industry - for preparing of sauces, mayonnaises, ketchups, yoghurts and other products, which do not lose their quality during prolonged storage, or in chemical, oil-refining and other branches of industry. A rotary-cavitating heat-mass-transfer apparatus for treating liquid multicomponent mixtures contains a housing-stator, rotor with blades, which have supercavitating profile, inlet and outlet ducts.
