Abstract
A train for the production of biodiesel fuel contains the receiving bin, vertical delivering worm, the device for the purification of seeds, the screw press for the grinding and heating of the glume, the press for the extraction of oil with the container for the oil reception, the container for the gravity sedimentation of oil, connected by means of inlet manifold and the pump with the container for the oil reception and by means of outlet manifold and filter with the container for the reception of the purified oil, and the ejector pump, connected through the pump of high pressure with the container for the diesel fuel, and through the manifolds with the containers for the reception of purified oil and for the collection of biodiesel fuel, sequentially erected on the floor. The train is equipped with the vibrating table, on which the container for the gravity sedimentation of oil is erected, and with the flexible pipes for the connection of the container for the gravity sedimentation of oil with inlet and outlet manifolds.
