A method for support of videoconferences in telecommunication network comprises installation of UWDS base station with equipment, a video server MCU for organisation of multipoint videoconference, a main/ central router with a filter inhibiting all audio/video information flows, except one, which passes to given address, transmitting and receiving channel-forming equipment, subscriber’s router having units for address translation and codec. For increasing capacity of data link, it is provided transferring from the main-central router to subscriber’s routers of data burst flows of the said audio/video information that are passing to the given address, further – to an abonent station of broadcast transport network, addresses of which are not coincide with the said address. The given address of the abonent station of broadcast transport network, which is assigned by the main/ central router of the base station, is substituted to address assigned to that subscriber router of the abonent station of broadcast transport network, which takes part in the videoconference.
