A device for prevention from entry of cooling fluid on the surface of cogged ingot consists of two jackets, each of which has a comb beam rested on the body of roll with the collars on its end parts and protecting housing. The seals are located on the ends of collars, made as set of bars from elastic and antifriction materials tightened by rope.
