Abstract
The invention relates to medicine. The method for determination of the level of destruction at perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer through study of blood leukocytes. In peripheral blood one determines total quantity of leukocytes and percent content of eosinophiles, neitrophils, lymphocytes and monocytes, and then the type of adaptation reaction with calculation of the index opf the value of ulcer perforation by special formula, at values of this one smaller than 1.0 one diagnoses ulcer perforation not higher than 1,0 cm2, and values higher than 1.0 – over 1,0 cm2.
