Abstract
The invention relates to radioelectronics, namely to electric integrating devices or equipment that can be also used as the short-term or reserve current sources of the radioelectronic equipment, in the elements of microelectronic circuits for PC, video tape recorders and similar devices. The capacitor with double electric layer that includes the hermetic case where are placed at least two electrodes made of porous structure on the base of carbon essentially saturated by electrolyte and divided by the porous separator with the ion conductivity, at that the electrodes being made of material with the porosity exeeding the 55 % of its volume.
