Abstract
A method for plasty of hepatic veins at the transplantation of hepatic left lateral section of living kindred donor comprises imposition of anastomosis between the hepatic vein system of transplant left lateral section and recipient hepatic vein orifice. The common orifice of left and median hepatic veins of transplant left lateral section is used for anastomosis.
