Abstract
The method is realized through treatment of water suspension of starch with alkaline water solution. Water suspension of starch in amount of 14-51 g/l is treated with alkaline water solution with concentration 5-19 g/l of caustic soda in presence of anionic surface-active substance 0.3-1.4 g/l at environmental temperature with following dispersion of reaction products at pH of reaction mass 8-12.
