Abstract

Invention relates to composite brake block of a transport mean and is designed for providing efficiency of braking. Sphere of the invention: block contains composite material and back part. Back part is composed of perforated tin plate and closed frames molded into friction material, inner parts of said frames are mutually overlapped and deflected outside by back part of block forming ear for passing a pin. Previously, elements of frames are connected into all-in-one structure forming space frame. Connection of elements of frames is made by welding, brazing, gluing. Elements of frames are located at angle each with other. Technical result: composite brake block of a transport mean has increased vibration strength and impact load strength.
