Abstract

The piece is then annealed in vacuum with the gradual increase of the temperature. The niobium powder is used with this aim. The temperature is increased from 290-300K to 1000-1100K with the increment of 2-4 K/min, then from 1000-1100K to 2000-2100K with the increment of 20-50 K/min. The piece is annealed at the temperature of 2000-2100K for 20-30 minutes.
