The method for correction of the pregnant’s condition with the chronic diseases of the hepatobiliary system is offered. It includes disintoxication and immunocorrection of organism and normalization of blood’s flow property. The disintoxication, immunocorrection normalization of blood’s flow property are carried out by application of plasmapheresis for 15 minutes at speed 1600 rpm with the individually neat volume of remote plasma. It is determined on a formula: КВП=ОЦП×××1,05, where КВП – quantity of remote plasma – the planned volume of plasma deleting in % to ОЦП (volume of circulatory plasma); 1,05 – coefficient for introduction of anticoagulant solution, it is approximately 5 % with respect to the remote plasma and is removed together with plasma.
