The adhesion layer is preliminary irradiated with ultraviolet, and the surface layer is appliеd on the surface of adhesion layer be means of laying of textile glass, treated with ultrasound in in aqueous media, after that during 10-20 min the formed epoxide composition with two-component polydisperse filler is aplied on the surface of the textile via airstream atomization with subsequent thermostat control of the covering at the temperature of Т = 363-383 К during 1.5-2.0 hours.
