Abstract

The method includes implementation of flat cuts and following determination of spatial position of cuts with respect to crystallographic directions of monocrystal. On monocrystal one makes at least two pairs of parallel cuts with determination of respective placement of those cuts, with separation of monocrystal into two parts each of which has at least two non-parallel cuts, after that one determines spatial position with respect to crystallographic directions of monocrystal of cuts of one, smaller part of monocrystal 1 and by that conclusion in made on orientation of cuts on the second part of monoclystal.
