Способ работы теплового насоса включает стадии, где как тепловой насос используют универсальный тепловой насос, в корпусе которого с образованием контура теплового насоса расположены теплообменник-испаритель, компрессор, теплообменник-конденсатор, теплообменник-подогреватель, дроссель, циркуляционный насос и устройство управления, контур теплового насоса функционально связан с внешним контуром, контуром отопления и контуром охлаждения, теплообменник-подогреватель размещен перед дросселем, контур охлаждения содержит теплообменник-охладитель.
