Abstract

Спосіб отримання гранульованого мінерального добрива включає використання попелу від спалювання органічних решток при температурі 0°С. Попіл просівають на решетах з діаметром чарунок 10 мм, рівномірно зволожують водою попільну масу у кількості 17 - 20 % від маси попелу з одночасним інтенсивним перемішуванням і утворенням однорідної маси, подають її в робочу камеру гранулятора, продавлюють через фільєри матриці гранулятора. Отриманий продукт просушують до вологості не більше 13 % і температури не вище температури навколишнього середовища і розфасовують у вологонепроникну тару.The method of obtaining granular mineral fertilizer involves the use of ash from the combustion of organic residues at a temperature of 0 ° C.
