Abstract

Method for measurement of absolute temperature is in bringing working end of thermo-couple to medium temperature of which is being measured, with measurement of thermo-electromotive force at free ends of thermo-couple, cooling and heating working end of thermo-couple at direct electric current flow through thermo-couple in different directions in given time interval that is chosen not smaller than thermal constant of thermo-couple, with determination of temperature by formula. After measurement of thermo-electromotive force direct electric current passes in direction that leads to cooling of working end of thermo-couple. Direct current strength is chosen from condition of maximal cooling in prescribed time interval. 28733
