Abstract

Method for diagnostics of infection endocarditis of staphylococcal etiology is in clinical study with additional clinical investigation of blood and prints of affected tissue of mitral valve structures. After that by results obtained one makes conclusion on presence of staphylococcal infection. From blood one separates neitrophylic leukocyte fraction. After that to fraction obtained and to prints of affected tissue of mitral valve structures one adds marked anti-bodies against staphylococcus antigens. After that by fluorescence of colored structures in preparations obtained one makes conclusion on presence of staphylococcal infection. At that by fluorescence in prints of mitral valve structures tissue one makes conclusion on location of process of illness, and at fluorescence is both preparations one makes conclusions on generalization of infection endocarditis.
