A technique for pyloro- and duodenoplasty comprises the dissection of the duodenal wall or pyloroduodenal segment with the perforation of the duodenalulcer followed by the juxtaposition of the intestinal walls and the application of two-row interrupted suture. The duodenal wall is dissected by two opposing arched incisions from the proximal and distal edges of the ulcer running at a distance of 2 cm one from another. As a result, the tongue-shaped flap from the anterior duodenal wall is generated, which is directed towards its distal part. Then the defect of the duodenal wall is closed by its own tongue-shaped flap in the transverse direction.
