A method for methane-containing mining gases utilization comprises cultivation of methane-oxidizing bacteria in a fermenter. Bacteria are cultivated on technological or mining water, from which a foreign microflora should be preliminary removed. The invention relates to microbiological industry and may be used for protein obtaining in the process of bacteria cultivation as well as for beneficial use of methane-containing mining gases and reducing of atmosphere contamination by them.
