Abstract

The invention relates to the medicine. The determination of death-cup poison cytotoxicity is carried out by co-incubation death-cup with human blood with next calculating of erythrocyte change forms. The donor blood cells are used as culture, incubation is carried out at the temperature of 37°С for 3 hours and calculating of erythrocyte change forms is carried out in 1 and 3 hours. The cytotoxicity of death-cup poison is determined if the erythrocyte change forms amount increases in 5 times for 1 hour and in 9 times and more for 3 hours.
