The proposed utility model belongs to the field of veterinary medicine, namely veterinary surgery. 2 It can be used in the treatment of purulent-inflammatory processes in the distal part of the limbs in cows.
Purulent-necrotic processes in the area of the finger in cattle are quite widespread, they cause significant material losses to producers of agricultural products, which are expressed in a decrease in the animals' live weight gains and productivity, as well as their premature culling.
В.There is a known method of treating purulent-inflammatory processes of the toe area in cows, which includes mechanical 70 cleaning of the surface of the hoof, surgical removal of dead tissue from the sole surface of the hoof horn to the base of the skin, and subsequent application, after removal of the purulent exudate, to the affected surface of potassium permanganate powder in half with boric acid 1:1 and fixation of the medicinal substance with a bandage. (Iostrovskyi N.S. Purulent-necrotic diseases of the toes of cattle: Author's dissertation of dokt. vet. nauk / Novocherkassk, 1964. - 27p. 19 The closest to the proposed method is the method of treatment, which includes the use of a prepared sole the surface of the hoof Plahotin powder (boric acid, iodoform, copper sulfate and potassium permanganate in a ratio of 1:1:1:1). The medicinal substance is kept on the affected surface with a bandage, the upper layers of which are covered with ichthyol ointment or birch tar, in order to to protect the wound from contamination and secondary infection. Depending on the form of the lesion, bandages are changed after 4-6 days (M.V.

However, the known method is not effective enough, since it has a cytolytic effect on bacteria and does not take into account microscopic fungi that exert a keratolytic effect on the keratinized hoof horn, in addition, a bandage is not always a reliable protection against the effects of microorganisms in the pus.
The basis of a useful model is the task of creating, on the basis of existing methods of treatment of purulent-inflammatory pt) processes in the distal part of the limbs in cows by improving what is known, ensuring a neutralizing effect on bacteria and fungi and the reliability of fixation of the applied medicinal substance.
сThe task is solved by creating a method of treating purulent-inflammatory processes in the distal part of the limbs in cows, which includes mechanical cleaning of the surface of the hoof, surgical removal of dead tissues from the plantar surface of the hoof horn to the base of the skin, and subsequent application of napkins soaked in suspension to the affected surface of the following composition: 2-mercaptobenzthiazole 40.0, dimethyl sulfoxide 200.0, ethylene glycol 200.0. To create a reliable fixation of the medicinal substance on the sole, orthopedic sets of the New Zealand company 5pooi Ipiegpaiopa were used! (4. The set includes a shoe of the appropriate size and standard with a raised sole layer, an elastic bandage. For cows, we used shoes of the third size "Zapaag!", which were kept on the hooves, if necessary, for 7-10 days.
« - сThe use of a 1095 solution of 2-mercaptobenziazole with dimethylsulfoxide on ethylene glycol will allow a cytolytic effect on bacteria and fungi, normalize the course of the inflammatory reaction, and the "Shuf" orthopedic shoe will ensure reliable isolation of the pathological focus from pus contamination.
