Abstract
A device contains a built-up frame with two supporting and one tightening rollers installed with possibility of free running. The frame is made from three consecutively and rigidly connected sections, each of which has two arms located at right angle, end sections are placed in parallel planes and one of them is made with the end bent back at the angle of 45° to the arms of end sections, the tightening roller is placed on bent end of said section, the supporting rollers - at the ends of the arms of another end section in mutually perpendicular planes, and the middle section is made with a handle.
