A process for preparation of sodium peroxoborate comprises an interaction of oxygen-containing boron compounds with hydrogen peroxide or sodium hydroxide or carbonate or mixture thereof or sodium metaborate with hydrogen peroxide in aqueous medium with subsequent granulation of purpose product. The interaction of original products is carried out at a molar ratio of boron and water contained in the reaction mixture being equal to 1: (4.0 – 10.0) respectively with subsequent keeping of mixture at 15 - 50°C till thickening thereof or till hardening thereof and after-drying before and after granulation.
