Abstract

Вологовідділювач гальмового привода транспортного засобу, що містить в собі радіатор, термодинамічний вологовіддільник, всередині якого встановлений регулятор тиску, розвантажувальний шток котрого з'єднаний з клапаном скиду конденсату, який відрізняється тим, що містить в собі пристрій відбору стислого повітря, що складається зі штуцера, встановленого на корпусі вологовіддільника, золотника, розміщеного всередині штуцера, та перехідного патрубка, що з'єднує вихідну порожнину вологовіддільника з порожниною регулювання тиску, при цьому золотник має центральний канал з виходом назовні і боковий канал зі сторони внутрішнього торця, котрий сполучений з кільцевою порожниною, що утворена золотником та внутрішньою поверхнею штуцера, а другий вихід центрального канала золотника сполучений з другою порожниною, утвореною золотником та штуцером, що сполучена з атмосферою через отвір в штуцері, при цьому підпружинений золотник пересувний відносно перехідного патрубка та зовнішньою частиною взаємодіє з внутрішньою поверхнею патрубка, а кільцеві порожнини, утворені між поверхнями золотника та штуцера ізольовані одна від одної кільцевими пружними елементами, що розміщені в пазах золотника.Dehumidifier of the vehicle brake actuator, comprising a radiator, a thermodynamic dehumidifier, inside which a pressure regulator is installed, the discharge rod of which is connected to a condensate discharge valve, characterized in that it contains a compressed air extraction device consisting of a fitting, mounted on the housing of the dehumidifier, the spool located inside the fitting, and the adapter connecting the outlet cavity of the dehumidifier with the pressure control cavity, the spool has a central channel with outlet and a side channel on the inner end, which is connected to the annular cavity, formed by the spool and the inner surface of the fitting, and the second outlet of the central channel of the spool is connected to the second cavity formed by the spool and the fitting, which is connected to the atmosphere through a hole in the fitting, while the spring spool is movable relative to the adapter and the outer part is with the inner surface of the nozzle, and the annular cavities formed between the surfaces of the spool and the fitting are isolated from each other by annular elastic elements located in the grooves of the spool.
