Abstract

%: 20:54:26. Перед кріоконсервацією цільового продукту, яку виконують при -196  C, здійснюють поступове зниження температури до -80 CC.The method of cryopreservation of human umbilical cord fragments involves placing the umbilical cord fragments in a mixture of nutrient medium (for cell cultivation) and cryoprotectant followed by gradual cooling of the obtained mixture to its freezing temperature. A solution of dimethylsulfoxide in rheopolyglucin is used as a cryoprotectant. DMEM/F12 and fetal bovine serum are used as a nutrient medium. The ratio of the solution of dimethylsulfoxide in rheopolyglucin, DMEM/F12 and bovine fetal serum is, by weight. %: 20:54:26. Before cryopreservation of the target product, which is performed at -196 C, a gradual temperature decrease to -80 C is carried out.
