Abstract
Superdex 200 PG.The method of obtaining fibrino(geno)lytic enzyme from sea scallop tissue extract, according to which the tissue extract of the source of fibrino(geno)lytic enzyme is obtained in a buffer solution, centrifuged, three-stage chromatography is performed, fractions that show the target activity are collected, then they are lyophilized. The source of the fibrino(geno)lytic enzyme is an extract of the tissues of the Antarctic sea scallop Adamussium colbecki, while the three-step chromatography includes affinity chromatography, which combines the steps using SBTI-sepharose and Blue-sepharose sorbents, and size-separation chromatography on Superdex 200 sorbent PG.
