Abstract
Трифазний дворівневий гібридний сонячний інвертор для трифазної трипровідної електричної мережі складається з трифазного мостового інвертора напруги на повністю керованих напівпровідникових ключових елементах з зустрічно-паралельними діодами, датчика струму фільтра, фазних реакторів, датчика струму навантаження, системи керування, трьох вхідних фазних реакторів. Додатково містить блок сонячних панелей, датчик напруги сонячних панелей, датчик струму сонячних панелей, блок датчиків напруги мережі, блок реакторів навантаження. Система керування додатково містить аналізатор спектра, блок задання частоти комутації силових транзисторів, контролер керування ключами, блок визначення точки максимальної потужності сонячної панелі, фільтр низьких частот та суматор.Three-phase two-level hybrid solar inverter for three-phase three-wire electric network consists of three-phase bridge voltage inverter on fully controlled semiconductor key elements with anti-parallel diodes, filter current sensor, phase reactors, load current sensor, control system, three input phase reactors. Additionally, it contains a solar panel unit, a solar panel voltage sensor, a solar panel current sensor, a mains voltage sensor unit, and a load reactor unit. The control system additionally contains a spectrum analyzer, a unit for setting the switching frequency of power transistors, a key control controller, a unit for determining the maximum power point of the solar panel, a low-pass filter and an adder.
