Abstract
Система керування відключенням циліндрів з урахуванням потужності двигуна складається з паливного бака, паливного насоса високого тиску, форсунок впорскування палива у циліндри дизельного двигуна, ліній високого тиску палива, ліній зливання палива, електромагнітних клапанів перепускання палива в лінію зливання, електронного блока керування, датчиків лінійних прискорень і швидкості та контролера потужності двигуна. При цьому застосовано вдосконалений блок керування, пов’язаний з контролером потужності двигуна, причому блок керування виконано з можливістю подання команди електромагнітним клапанам відключити відповідну кількість циліндрів залежно від сигналів датчиків контролера потужності двигуна та швидкості руху колісної машини.The cylinder cut-off control system based on engine power consists of a fuel tank, a high-pressure fuel pump, fuel injection nozzles into diesel engine cylinders, high-pressure fuel lines, fuel drain lines, solenoid valves for passing fuel into the drain line, an electronic control unit, and linear acceleration sensors and engine speed and power controller.
