Abstract
Електромагнітний резонансний вібраційний привід виконаний у вигляді електромагнітного збуджувача коливань, якір якого закріплений на коливальній масі, що змонтована на пружній системі, а обмотка сполучена з виходом підсилювача. Вібраційний давач встановлений на коливальній масі, вихід якого з'єднаний з входом підсилювача-формувача імпульсів. Перестроюваний по частоті генератор керований напругою, вихід якого має електричний зв'язок з входом підсилювача. Вхід за допомогою фільтра низьких частот сполучений з виходом фазового компаратора, один з входів якого з'єднаний з виходом генератора, а інший - з виходом підсилювача-формувача імпульсів. Оснащений блоком затримки імпульсів, вхід якого з'єднаний з підсилювачем-формувачем у колі вібраційного давача, а вихід – з одним із входів фазового компаратора.The electromagnetic resonant vibration drive is made in the form of an electromagnetic exciter of oscillations, the armature of which is fixed on an oscillating mass mounted on an elastic system, and the winding is connected to the output of the amplifier. The vibration sensor is installed on the oscillating mass, the output of which is connected to the input of the amplifier-pulse generator. The frequency-tunable generator is controlled by voltage, the output of which has an electrical connection with the input of the amplifier. The input is connected by means of a low-pass filter to the output of the phase comparator, one of the inputs of which is connected to the output of the generator, and the other to the output of the pulse-shaping amplifier. It is equipped with a pulse delay unit, the input of which is connected to the shaper amplifier in the circuit of the vibration sensor, and the output is connected to one of the inputs of the phase comparator.
