Повітропровід є стерилізаційною камерою, в якій встановлені, виконані у вигляді гальванічно з'єднаних металевих сіток, групи позитивних і негативних коронуючих електродів, між якими у вигляді діелектричного корпусу з вмонтованими в нього гальванічно з'єднаними металевими сітками встановлені групи ізольованих електродів, та електроди-іонізатори. На стерилізаційній камері встановлені щонайменше чотири електромагніти, виготовлені у формі котушок з феромагнітним сердечником та встановлені з протилежних сторін стерилізаційної камери одна до одної протилежними полюсами для створення змінного або постійного магнітного поля, джерела живлення електромагнітів встановлені на стерилізаційній камері та синхронізовані з блоками живлення електродів. Перед турбіною встановлено інжектор додаткової подачі газу, що іонізується.
