The invention relates to engineering of drying dispersed materials and can be used in food, medicinal industry and in agriculture. A drier of dispersed materials in quasi-liquefied layer with directed motion of material includes a tank for wet material, a trough for motion of material being dried, a fan, a collector of drying agent and calorifers. Over the trough in direction of motion of the layer a collector is placed to which delivery pipes are connected with nozzles arranged as pack of spiral-like tubes.
