Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to methods for diagnostics, and can be used for determination of albumen in bile. Method for determination of albumen in bile includes preparation of sample for analysis and measurement of its optical density. Bile is diluted with 0.9% solution of sodium chloride, one ,easures optical density of solution at 278 nm and calculates content of albumen by formula: where - concentration of albumen in bile, mg/ml, - optical density at 278 nm, - value of bile dilution with 0,9% solution of sodium chloride, - thickness of optical layer, cm.
