Abstract
The method of determining residual amounts of antibiotics of the bacitracin group in poultry slaughter products by microbiological method includes the determination of all antibiotics of the banitracin group. The suspension of the test culture Micrococcus flavus ATCC 10240 at a concentration of 1.7 MF with a volume of 2000 μl / dm3 is added to the nutrient medium Hi-Sensitivity Test Agar, in three prepared wells pour 1.5 M phosphate buffer solution and in one of the wells make a filter paper with a diameter of 12.7 mm with a standard of zinc bacitracin 0.05 μg / cm3 in the amount of 100 μl, and in two other paper discs with the same diameter, impregnated with a sample of poultry products.
