Abstract
A process for preparation of injection drug, having antiarhythmic activity, provides the dissolution of the components in hot water, cooling of solution, pH adjustment and sterilization. For the purpose of increasing product activity and for widening of action spectrum by coronarolytic and antihypoxic activity, D-L-asparaginic acid, magnesium oxide, potassium hydroxide and sorbitol are used as the components, and pH is corrected by addition of potassium hydroxide.
