Description of the invention
A useful model relates to medicine, namely cardiology. 2 Restoration of physical and mental health and other parameters of the life of disabled people in society is a primary social task. Disability due to cardiac diseases occupies a leading place in the structure of both primary and cumulative disability. The decrease in vital activity in this contingent is due, first of all, to impaired blood circulation. Correct forecasting of the rehabilitation potential of patients with cardiac pathology with permanent disability allows for the implementation of individual rehabilitation programs for 70 disabled people and their integration into society, while erroneous expert diagnosis leads to a deterioration in the quality of life of a disabled person and an untargeted expenditure of public funds. To choose the optimal means of treatment and complex rehabilitation of the patient, as well as to control their effectiveness, it is important to determine the functional level and hidden reserves of the body. The patient's rehabilitation potential can be considered an integrative indicator, which includes the possibilities of mobilizing the body's reserves, both in relation to the state of physical and mental capacity.
A well-known method of bicycle ergometry (1| for determining the functional level and reserve of the body, primarily for tolerance to physical exertion. At the same time, the tolerability of physical exertion and its maximum level are established. However, bicycle ergometry is associated with a certain risk, since in some cases patients with cardiac - vascular pathology at submaximal loads can cause acute heart failure, rhythm disturbances, up to ventricular fibrillation, which requires active emergency measures.
In addition to the risk of complications, the patient may have absolute or relative contraindications, which exclude the possibility of conducting a test with physical load of submaximal and maximal levels.
Method |2)| is also known psychophysiological study of the state of the central nervous system, which consists in performing the fastest stereotyped movements with the brush of the hand with the application of symbols (dots) on 22 paper tablets, during a certain time (tapping test). The frequency of maximal tapping is an indicator of the ergic component of activity. The device for conducting this research is also known |Z.
The alleged invention is based on the fact that physical exertion in disabled people due to diseases of the cardiovascular system with low rehabilitation potential reduces their psychomotor performance.
The method is implemented as follows: o
--After a 10-minute rest, the patient is sitting for ZOsek. with the maximum frequency, with the electrode held in the hand of the dominant hand, points on the 5x5 cm tablet (background tapping test) of the device (3), after which 2-stage cycle ergometry is performed for 2 minutes with a small (25 watt and 50 watt) dosed physical load, after which the tapping test is repeated and its results are compared with the background ones. If the number of "I points applied to the tablet after the cycle ergometer" is equal to or differs from the background by no more than 1095 - 3o, a high rehabilitation potential is registered. --
