Description
The useful model belongs to the food industry, in particular, it concerns the production and bottling of drinking water with a balanced composition and physicochemical properties.
The study of water properties remains one of the priority areas of scientific research in both fundamental and applied sciences. Recently, special attention has been paid to the study of water spillage on the human body. Unfortunately, manufacturers of bottled drinking water are focused on the use of classical production technologies, which significantly change its chemical composition and physical properties. Against the background of the growth of the production of such products, this can lead to significant deviations in the state of health of consumers.
It is urgent to improve the technology of production of natural drinking water, enriched with compounds of organic nature, based on modern research on the properties of water as a complex system, which will ensure the preservation of its main natural characteristics: balanced chemical composition, organoleptic indicators, safety, physiological completeness and biological stability during long-term storage.
Artificial mineralized water is known (patent RF Mo 2122817, IPC A2312/38, publ. 1998), which contains the necessary components, but it is artificially mineralized, which does not guarantee its quality in terms of the composition of components.
A close analogue is artificial mineralized water (patent Mo 47226, MPK СО2Е1/50, publ. 2002), in which water is disinfected with silver ions through a porous silver-impregnated anode, bipolar electrodes and a cathode.
However, it is not enough to use such water for a long time, considering the lack of physiologically necessary ions in it, such as calcium, fluorine, chlorine ions, as well as microelements, it does not provide the necessary volume of general strengthening and healing effect on the human body.
It is also used mainly for therapeutic and preventive purposes.
The useful model is based on the task of obtaining physiologically complete natural drinking water with a balanced ratio of easily digestible components and enriched with compounds of organic nature, in which, by introducing a natural component - amber into the water, the activation of oxidizing processes in the human body is ensured and the efficiency of natural water and production expansion increases assortment
The task is solved by the fact that in the method of enriching drinking water with compounds
From organic nature, according to a useful model, when preparing drinking water from the source, raw natural amber is added in the ratio of components of 6 g/10 l, kept in a room protected from direct sunlight for 5 days at room temperature, after which the water is poured into containers for consumption , while drinking water with amber in the container does not lose its properties for 6 months.
To determine the quality of drinking water in accordance with its norms, the table shows the results of a laboratory study of the chemical analysis of two water samples: Mo 1 - spring water, Mo 2 - with the addition of amber, according to the proposed method.

A positive result is achieved by using water with amber: the effect of hard water on the human body is quite negative, because the presence of calcium and magnesium salts (hardness salts) in the water determines how hard it is. If the concentration of hardness salts is greater, then such water is not very useful for health. Hard water is absorbed worse by the body compared to soft water. This is explained by the fact that the rate of absorption of water from the intestine into the plasma depends on its hardness: the higher the hardness of the water, the slower it is absorbed into the plasma, and vice versa. Much more serious diseases occur due to the deposition of salts in the body: problems with the joints (arthritis), stones in the kidneys and gall bladder, diseases of the cardiovascular system.
Dehydration of the body is affected not only by the amount of water consumed, but also by its quality, that is, hardness, salinity, hydrogen ion index, pH, which is taken into account when enriching drinking water with compounds of organic nature in the proposed method.
Among the various natural substances and microelements that are capable of inhibiting the processes that cause symptoms of motion sickness, the activity of mag amber has been revealed. It is able to activate the processes of oxidation of endogenous substrates and thus prevent the accumulation of compounds (acetaldehyde) in the blood and human tissues that can contribute to the occurrence and development of symptoms of motion sickness.
The use of drinking water with amber, as one of the known antihypoxants, stabilizes the condition
The CNS (central nervous system) allows you to quickly restore tissue respiration. It takes part in ensuring energy balance in the cell, activates metabolism, digestive system, has anti-inflammatory and bactericidal effect, normalizes energy exchange. Prevents calcium deposition in cells.
Thus, the enrichment of natural drinking water with amber ensures the activation of oxidation processes in humans, which prevents the occurrence of a state of underoxidation of endogenous substrates, normalization of the redox balance of a person and increases the preventive effectiveness of natural drinking water in the process of developing motion sickness.
Natural drinking water enriched with compounds of organic nature is used in case of stress,
With increased physical and mental stress, a decrease in the body's defenses during and after serious illnesses, when the body is exposed to toxic substances and radiation, as a general strengthening and tonic agent in adults.
The technological process of producing drinking water enriched with compounds of organic nature is carried out as follows. For the production of drinking water enriched with compounds of organic nature, the following are used: drinking water according to DSTU 7525:2014, raw natural amber according to
Example. Unprocessed natural amber was weighed and lowered into a container with water, in a ratio of components of 6 g/10 l, kept in a room protected from direct sunlight for 5 days at room temperature, after which the water was poured into containers for use, protecting it from direct sunlight , while drinking water with amber in the container does not lose its properties for 6 months.
The technical solution of the useful model is that the method of enriching drinking water with compounds of organic nature, which contains raw natural amber, makes it possible to prevent the occurrence of underoxidation of endogenous substrates, normalize the redox balance of a person, increase the preventive effectiveness of natural drinking water, in the process the development of motion sickness, stabilizes the state of the central nervous system, helps alleviate chronic fatigue, depression, has an anti-inflammatory and bactericidal effect, normalizes energy metabolism, prevents calcium deposition in cells.
